In 2011, the General Federation of Women’s Clubs created a Success For Survivors Scholarship to help those impacted by domestic and sexual violence who are pursuing higher education. The scholarship is meant to help survivors achieve both financial and personal independence. GFWC has awarded more than $97,500 since its inception. The application deadline for the 2024/2025 scholarship is February 15, 2025. The Woman’s Club of Vista will be reaching out to local groups for prospective applicants.
