Where: Rancho Grande El Toro Restaurant 825 Williamston St., Vista, CA, United States. We have a wonderful private room just to the right as you walk in.

Who: WCV Members. Guests are welcome to attend up to two events before being asked to join.

Cost: No-host; pay for what you order.
