Our Heart
Philanthropy is at the heart of everything The Woman’s Club of Vista GFWC (WCV) does. Since 2005, WCV has donated $749,000 to 81 nonprofit organizations working with people in our community of Vista, CA and the surrounding area.
The Woman’s Club of Vista GFWC is affiliated with the General Federation of Woman’s Clubs. We have a rich history, dating back to 1916, when the club was founded.
WCV is accepting new members. We hold numerous monthly events for fun, community and learning, and guests are encouraged to attend to get to know our members and find out more.

Vista Walk for Autism – April 6, 2025
The Second Annual Vista Fun Walk for Autism Awareness and Acceptance on April 6, 2025 is the biggest fundraiser of the year for WCV and all proceeds go to Vista nonprofits and nonprofit organizations that support autism research, awareness, and acceptance.

2024 Scholarship Winners
Our Events
WCV events focus on community, fun, and learning. Our Annual Donation Day in Spring celebrates our club’s purpose and brings together the scholarship winners along with representatives of nonprofits to which we donate. Walk for Autism Awareness and Acceptance is our largest annual fundraiser. Every month, we hold day and evening meetings. WCV Book Club is quite popular, as are our Friendraisers lunches. Our Service
WCV’s acts of service support nonprofit organizations in Vista and are carried out with love by all of our members. From making blankets for Vista Community Clinic and serving meals to recently homeless individuals at Solutions for Change to walking to raise awareness of human trafficking, WCV participates in hundreds of acts of service throughout the year.

The Woman’s Club of Vista GFWC is a proud member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) and the California Federation of Women’s Clubs (CFWC).
GFWC is an international women’s organization dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service. With more than 60,000 members in affiliated clubs in every state and more than 20 countries, GFWC members are community leaders who work locally to create global change.
