My theme this year reflects the image of the hummingbird – “Grace in Motion, Power In Flight,” let’s all be like lovely hummingbirds – beautiful to look at and a powerful force when we join together!
Get out your calendars! As you can see, we have some awesome events planned for July and August! Stay connected with your club sisters over summer and remember – family and friends are invited to our social events. It’s a great way to attract new members!
Our day meeting will be moving to the United Methodist Church of Vista in September. Our first meeting is September 9th at 1:00pm. The Board will provide snacks and drinks. Thereafter, meetings will start at our regular time of 10:00am. There will be no lunch but morning goodies, coffee, tea and water will be served. We plan to ask for a $10 registration fee per member to attend our monthly meetings to help cover the cost of the room. Guests may come to their first meeting for free.
The Board is listening to you! We have an exciting program planned for our next term which incorporates the results of the member survey. We are also adding a Women’s Health Expo headed by Raschel Kloos. Lots of opportunities to serve and learn! Tell your friends about our great club and all the fun and interesting things we will be doing over the summer!
