BIRTHDAY BUCKS
I’m not aware of any November contributions as of yet but we have 6 months remaining in our fiscal year for those who have birthdays coming up! It is super-simple to donate an amount equal to your birthday age to support WCV. We are tracking donations for the night meeting group separately to assist with meeting expenses. Some of our members are taking the opportunity to encourage family members and/or friends to donate any amount to WVC instead of buying that scented candle or colorful scarf as a birthday gift. A BIG thank you to our members who continue to step up and provide financial support to The Woman’s Club of Vista!!
Even though less than half of our 65 members have registered to participate in the easiest fund-raising program EVER, those who are registered continue to provide amazing support with little or no cost to the individual!
I will continue to offer to assist anyone who is confused or intimidated about signing up to RaiseRight! PLEASE take advantage of my offer as you will be amazed at how simple it is to provide ongoing financial support for WCV!
Once a member is participating in RaiseRight, she will learn of the MANY offerings this wonderful company provides to support non-profit organizations such as WCV. RaiseRight now provides hotel, car rental and transportation offers. If you are planning any sort of vacation or trip, it is worth it to explore!

RaiseRight and Birthday Bucks are two simple-to-implement programs which are designed to assist you with donations to support the Club. Despite our financial resources, we need to keep in mind that continuing donations to support annual Club projects and activities will allow those financial resources to continue to provide scholarship opportunities and other donations in the future.
