Did you happen to see the email from General Federation of Women’s Clubs – GFWC? Our organization supports survivors of human trafficking. Human traffickers are often forced or coerced into committing crimes. As a result, many trafficking survivors face arrest, conviction, and incarceration – often without recognition of their victim status. We can take action through federal legislation that addresses breaking the cycle and giving survivors the ability to move forward. If you would like to take action, go to http://www.votervoice.net/Shares/BAAAAAbJBCIReAm2Mdf7FAA.

Want to learn more about trafficking at a local level? A trafficking survivor is going to speak at the Soroptimist Collaborative Meeting on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 9 am at the United Methodist Church of Vista, 490 S. Melrose Drive, Vista (Fellowship Hall, Upper Level). If you would like to attend this free event with complimentary coffee and refreshments provided, email allison.5858@yahoo.com or call 760-758-1910
