The WCV Walkers could not have asked for a prettier day for their walk at Buena Vista Park affectionately known as “The Duck Pond.” Upon entering the park we were greeted by a large assortment of waterfowl who were enjoying their secluded pond. Ten members walked, chatted and learned a little more about each other while enjoying the beautiful sagebrush and oak trees along the two mile trail. All agreed that it was a very enjoyable experience. Join us for next month’s walk on February 22nd at the Alta Vista Botanical Gardens, Vista’s hidden gem. Admission is free for WCV members.
