The WCV@Night group had a fantastic time at our first paint and sip at the Shadowridge Golf Club. We were excited to welcome several new members and guests! To break the ice, we went around the room and each told the group a little about ourselves and our favorite cold weather activity. The consensus was that no one really liked cold weather and avoided it if at all possible! After dinner we adjourned to another room that had been set up for us to do our watercolors. Everyone had a paint pallet, brushes and drawing board. Kene expertly demonstrated how to draw a winter snow scene and we all did our best to copy it. The result was some very creative and colorful paintings. We had a great time and many of the ladies were interested in joining us at our next activity – a walk at Buena Vista Park on Saturday!
