Our 2025 Donation Day celebration was a resounding success. The weather was beautiful and the Rose Garden at the Alta Vista Botanical Gardens was the perfect setting for our ceremony. Members and guests were treated to an array of appetizers and cookies. Long time favorite Vic Moraga played his guitar. Sonja Hults was our MC and she did a great job of keeping the program moving. Representatives from twelve local nonprofit organizations chosen by the members spoke about their organizations and the great things that they are doing in our community. Twelve of the seventeen students who were awarded scholarships were introduced by their counselors and spoke to the audience about their high school experience and plans for their future education. Everyone agreed that the program was very moving and a highlight of our year!
